Употребляется, когда речь идёт о:
повседневных и регулярных действиях
расписаниях /программах (в том числе значении запланированного будущего
привычных состояниях
- последовательных действиях в настоящем

Present Continuous Tense
Now, at the moment, today
+ be (am, is, are) + V-ing
- be (am, is, are) not + V-ing
? be (am, is, are) + subject + V-ing
Употребляется, когда речь идёт о:
действиях, происходящих сейчас, в момент речи
временных ситуациях
меняющихся и развивающихся ситуациях
запланированных действиях в будущем, особенно, когда известно время и место действия

Употребляется, когда речь идёт о:
действии, произошедшем в прошлом, но имеющем видимый результат в настоящем
о недавно завершённых действиях

Употребляется, когда:
подчёркивается значение длительности действия, которое началось в прошлом и продолжается до настоящего времени
обозначается действие, начавшееся в прошлом и продолжающееся некоторое время. Оно может ещё длиться или быть завершено, но обязательно иметь видимый, ощутимый результат.
