wedding dresses. By the opening of the Universiade in Kazan a new registry office was built. The new city registry office resembles a bowl or a copper Tatar cauldron (cauldron). The bowl is decorated with a metal bas-relief with winged leopards and dragons Zilant. The project of the building was created according to the design of the sculptor Namdakov.

it registered a marriage of 27 couples in honor of the twenty-seventh Universiade. There are three wedding halls in the building.
