By a person who had scarlet fever in that moment
By a person who had scarlet fever and now has a few bacterias
By a person who has never had scarlet fever, but have a streptococcus bacterias in the areas of his nose and throat

Treatment
Bed rest
Drink hot liquids
Special diet
Take the antibiotics
Vitamins
