The admission office of universities will start to work on June 20.
To apply you need to come to office 3418.

What documents are needed?

Паспорт. Passport
Ваш паспорт должен быть действительным минимум 1,5 года на момент начала обучения.
Your passport must be valid for at least 1.5 years at the time of commencement of studies.

Документ об образовании.
Education certificate
Бакалавриат или специалитет – аттестат об окончании школы.
Магистратура – диплом бакалавра или специалиста.
Bachelor’s degree or specialty – graduation certificate.
Master’s degree – bachelor's degree or specialis.

Обратите внимание! Pay attention!
Мы называем школьное образование полным средним образованием при продолжительности в 10-12 лет.
Бакалавриат – 4 года обучения в университете. Специалитет – 5 или 5,5 лет обучения в университете.
Магистратура – 2 года обучения в университете после окончания бакалавриата или специалитета.
Аспирантура – 3 или 4 года.
В Вашей стране или в Вашем конкретном случае ступени образования могут быть иными.
We call school education general secondary education with a duration of 10-12 years.
Bachelor’s degree – 4 years of study at the university.
Specialty – 5 or 5.5 years of university studies.
Magistracy – 2 years of study at the university after graduation from a bachelor’s degree or specialty.
Postgraduate Studies – 3 or 4 years.

К каждому аттестату или диплому должен быть приложен транскрипт – документ, в котором указаны предметы, которые Вы изучили и оценки за них:
Each certificate or diploma must be accompanied by a transcript – a document that lists the items that you have studied and the marks for them:

Медицинская справка и страховка
Вы обязаны предоставить медицинскую справку при поступлении. Вы обязаны оформить медицинскую страховку на срок обучения.
You must provide a medical certificate to the admission office. You are required to take out medical insurance for a term of study.

ВНИМАНИЕ! ATTENTION!
Ваши документы об образовании должны быть легализованы.
Все документы (паспорт + аттестат или диплом) должны быть переведены на русский язык и нотариально заверены.
Легализацию можно сделать ТОЛЬКО в стране, выдавшей документ об образовании, а перевод можно сделать в своей стране или в России.
Your education certificate must be legalized.
All your documents (passport + certificate or diploma) must be translated into Russian and notarized.
Legalization can be done ONLY in the country that issued the document of education and the translation can be done in your own country or in Russia.

Ваше имя во всех документах должно быть написано абсолютно одинаково. Правильное написание вашего имени смотрите в визе!
Если имя написано по-разному в разных документах или переводах, пожалуйста обратитесь за консультацией в Университет!
Your name in all documents must be written exactly the same. The correct spelling of your name, you can check in visa!
If in different document your name is written differently in different documents or translations, please contact the University for advice!

Обучение по контракту. Contract
Оформить приглашение за 45 дней до отъезда (каб. 3418)
Заключить договор на обучение с СПбГЭТУ «ЛЭТИ».
Внести предоплату за обучение.
Предупредить нас о дне вашего прибытия.
Если Вы не планируете уезжать на лето домой, необходимо сообщить об этом в каб. 3418, так как находиться на территории РФ можно только на каком-либо основании.
To issue an invitation 45 days before your departure (room 3418).
Conclude an educational contract with "LETI".
Make a prepayment for studying.
Warn us about the day of your arrival.
If you do not plan to go home for the summer, you must report it to the office 3418, because it is possible to stay on the territory of the Russian Federation only for any reason.
