She is an author of more than 100 publications dedicated to various aspects of financial management and development. Research interests: Finance of Innovation-Based Companies, Venture Capital, Mergers and Acquisitions, Real Option.
Elena is a guest professor at Graduate School of Management (SPbSU), HSE – Nizhnyi Novgorod and Johannes Kepler University (Linz, Austria).
She is ACCA’s certified instructor and holds investment analyst’s certificate.
