Strength arguments concern the most people. Theses arguments are political or economic problems, which influence millions people. Theses arguments can harm many people and constructions. We can lose bankroll or useful resources.

Terrorism is global problem, which threaten everyone human. For solutions of terrorism need different and hard methods.
Strength methods of solutions:

facilitating dialogue and cooperation on counter-terrorism issues, in particular through public-private partnerships between public authorities and the private sector (business, industry), as well as civil society and the media;
