Beep Call is an innovative call completion solution that monetizes failed call attempts of non balance Mobile Operator’s subscribers by sending missed calls (beep calls) to the called party.
This service is launched in 31 and is at the launching stage in 15 MNOs.

How it works
Subscriber A with no balance calls Subscriber B.
The call is rejected due to no balance on Subscriber A account.
The Beep Call platform automatically detects all no balance call attempts and sends a missed call to Subscriber B on behalf of A.
Subscriber B sees a missed call on his mobile phone’s screen and calls Subscriber A back.
20 - 28% of Subscribers B make a call back to A within 30 minutes after receiving a beep call.

The key features of Beep Call:
The service is activated free of charge to all Operator’s subscribers.
To use the Beep Call service subscribers do not need to do anything but call.
“Beep call” is a call, generated by the Beep Call platform, with a duration of about 0.2 second, which appears as a missed call on the mobile phone of Subscriber B.
To send beep calls only signaling communication is used and no real voice channels are required for this. There is no interconnection expenses for Mobile Operator.

Balance+ allows to insert dynamically targeted and interactive USSD advertising messages (USSD tails) in the USSD balance check service. The solution generates monthly up to 20 000 000 new advertising contacts for each million of Operator’s subscribers.

Balance+ targeting
The USSD tails advanced targeting option allows to display personalized advertising messages to the target audience at the moment when the subscriber is most interested in the promoted product.
BALANCE+ DEFAULT TARGETING CRITERIA
The Balance+ platform supports integration with any 3rd-party systems as CVM, CRM, ADM, EIR, in order to get additional targeting information.
Rotation settings − allow showing all suitable (targeted) USSD tails one by one in a round robin way. This option helps to diversify promotional information.
USSD tail priority − allows to set up the display of the tails with highest priority first. The priority option is used to offer the most profitable services in the first place, thus increasing the commercial effect.
Message limit − allows to specify how many times each unique advertising message can be sent to Subscriber for the certain period of time (day, week, month).

VASUP
VASUP is a mass communication solution for Mobile Network Operators based on the DSTK technology. It allows to broadcast targeted advertising messages (teasers) to “sleep” phone displays and instantly activate services in 1-2 clicks.

Teaser broadcast, triggered by subscriber’s actions such as making a call, closing a browser window, sending an SMS, etc.

Promotional offers are sent when Subscribers are interested in them. Simplicity of activation increases the conversion rate by 50%. VASUP interactive teasers are fully dynamic and can have different structure customized to each advertising campaign.
For the promotion of free services, loyalty programs and bonuses, teasers with 1 click can be used.
For the effective promotion of paid services, increasing of ARPU, retention of subscribers,
teasers with 2 clicks can be used.

VASUP teasers are displayed perfectly on all types of mobile phones, and accompanied by a sound alert. The teaser is shown for 60-120 seconds and during all this time the user can activate the proposed service. VASUP can execute different activation commands: Send SMS, Send USSD & Setup call.

SMS Notification Server
SMS Notification Server (SNS) allows to insert dynamically targeted advertising messages (SMS tails) in all SMS notifications sent by the Operator's services. The solution generates up to 60 million new advertising contacts per month for 1 million of Operator’s subscribers.
