Main motto
Respondere, cavere, agere - a motto that guides the team
of the Legal Clinic. In Roman law it covered three different forms of legal activity:
respondere - responding to requests of private persons on any legal question;
cavere - making the best formulas for different legal acts (contracts, wills, etc.)
agere - advising on the preparation of claims and the procedural litigation of the case.
